What this is

Well Run Water is software that helps you keep a calendar and a record for a public water system. It is provided by Well Run Water of Denton, Texas. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Beta

The service is in beta. It is free during the beta, features will change, and there may be interruptions. We will give notice before the beta ends and before anything becomes paid.

Not a compliance determination

Your requirements are set by your primacy agency and the EPA, not by this software. The schedule we propose is a starting point for you to confirm; the data we show is the EPA's public file as of the quarter shown and may lag the state's own records. Well Run Water is not affiliated with or endorsed by the EPA, TCEQ, or any state agency, and nothing here is legal or regulatory advice.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite into it. Tell us right away if you think it has been misused.

Acceptable use

Use the service for managing water systems you are responsible for or work on. Do not use the public lookup to harvest data at scale, attempt to reach other accounts' data, or interfere with the service.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We use it to run the service as described in the privacy page. You can ask for an export or deletion at any time.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Well Run Water is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including any violation, fine, or notice arising from reliance on the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during the beta is nothing.

Ending things

You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@wellrunwater.com. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we will tell you why.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are heard in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
